Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location or designated courier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Melbourne team inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
